Our Private Dining Experience offers a table nestles beneath a Balinese hut, secluded on the beach level, away from prying eyes, illuminated solely by flickering candles and the enchanting moonlight. Accompanied by the serenade of waves kissing the shore and the warm glow beneath the starry expanse, this experience is one that lingers in memory, a moment conjured especially for those who cherish the enchantment of Ibiza.
Our team of chefs elaborates five dishes exclusively for you: textures and flavours with the Amante stamp using the best produce of the day complimented by two glasses of Bollinger champagne.
